Loved the comfy beds and clean space! The location on the plaza is super convenient for dining and exploring. Just beware of the late-night noise—you might not get much sleep if you're a light sleeper, but still a great spot!

The location at Aroi Bierzo Plaza proved perfect, right on the main plaza near restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and modern, offering a lovely view of the plaza. Cleanliness stood out. the bathroom provided ample amenities. I appreciated having a mini-bar and heating, making the space cozy. Unfortunately, late-night noise from the plaza became a nuisance, especially with nearby bars coming alive. The air conditioning was inconsistent at times, making for varying comfort levels. Parking details could have been better communicated upfront. I found free options nearby, but having this information earlier would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely stay despite the minor inconveniences.

I experienced terrible noise disruption all night from the plaza festivities, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was unreliable, leading to extreme discomfort on a hot night. Communication regarding parking options was lacking, causing unnecessary confusion upon arrival.

Take advantage of the bicycle amenities if you're cycling the Camino. they provide tailored storage and charging options.

Noise from the main square consistently disrupted sleep, especially during late nights!!! Inconsistent air conditioning made for uncomfortable stays during warmer weather!!! Minor challenges navigating the hotel's unclear signage could confuse guests!!! Rooms were cramped, making luggage management a hassle!!!

Positive, The room was clean and comfortable. The location on the main plaza allowed easy access to restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and our room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I'll definitely book this place again! 😊

the location is absolutely lovely, but having to walk half a km in the rain with my bags was less than ideal. also, the air conditioning was defeinitely not functional when I needed it most. I guess I expected a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask. just couldn’t give a good review.

the breakfast has a variety of treses and fruits. the bathtub had no plug.

Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

I had a pleasant one-night stay with a group of friends. The location was fantastic, with paid parking right in the square and free options nearby. The restaurant impressed us by quickly accommodating gluten and lactose intolerances, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

i had a great time at Aroi Bierzo Plaza. the location was perfect for my group of friends, right by the castle and near eateries. breakfast was excellent, catering to allergies on short notice!

the restaurant didn’t open until 8 pm.
